Residency Agreement
At the Florentine we develop a contract with the resident, which clearly describes the rights and responsibilities of both parties. The Residency Agreement must be signed by a representative of the residence and the resident and also include information on the cost and coverage of services. It is important for residents and families to understand what services are provided by the residence as well as the costs and limitations of those services.
